Maryse Herrera Choquette-Pare started her yoga journey in 2010 practicing Ghosh Yoga at the Yoga Chaud Studio in Montreal, Canada. She soon after expanded her practice to a variety of styles including Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin.
In 2019 she transitioned from her thriving corporate career as a creative marketing professional, jumped on a plane to the Himalayans where she received a yoga instructor training certification (200Hr). She has been teaching beginners' outdoor workshops since then while also managing her experiential marketing business.
